Avinash Pandey - COO in MIPL is primarily responsible to ensure that the organization moves towards a ‘customer-first’ culture, this includes both internal as well as external stakeholders. He is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization by leveraging optimized product lifecycle management tools and techniques.

Mr Avinash has 27 years of progressive work experience in Information Technology and Supply-Chain Management domains in India as well as in the US and Europe. Mr Avinash has architected and managed Digital Transformation programs, including Hospital Information Management System, Electronic Health Records, Mobile Application, Analytics leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), e-ICU leveraging Internet of Things IoT, and Tele-Consultation in the healthcare industry in the emerging markets. He has been a successful P&L owner and also delivered multi-million dollars SAP & Oracle ERP-centric Business Transformation programs in Europe, USA and India across Healthcare, CPG, Retail and Logistics industries.

Passionate about being a catalyst of change, Mr Avinash is adept at leveraging his knowledge, skills and expertise to maximise people’s potential. Prior to joining Manorama Infosolutions, Mr Avinash has worked with Care Hospitals Hyderabad, CK Birla Hospitals Kolkata and Labaid Group Bangladesh in the capacity of Group Chief Technology Officer & Digital Transformation Lead. He has also been associated with top-tier IT & Consulting companies like Infosys and PwC in delivering Business Transformation Programs.

Being a Technology Evangelist at heart, Mr Avinash has been associated with the healthcare industry think-tank bodies like Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), among others and has been an eminent speaker in leading events like HIMSS, ELETS, and NASSCOM, to list a few.
