Manorama's Intervention

Manorama’s HIMS is implemented across 2 entities of around 1500 bedded multi-specialty medical college hospital. Through successful implementation of our HIMS, Client is smoothly using 5 pharmacy counters (of which 1 counter that runs 24*7) to manage online OPD, IPD drug dispensing with QMS in place with a daily average of 2500 pharmacy bills. Our tailored and customized solution supports bidirectional and unidirectional lab machine interfacing and PACS integration as well. Along with HIMS, Manorama has also provided a Document management system to store patient records and documents.

Outcome

Our HIMS is being used by around 1100 concurrent users, under which 150 concurrent users are successfully using our solution for online indenting and stock transfer which keeps a surveillance on pilferage of the stock in central store management. Around 350 statistical reports along with 40 MIS reports can be viewed by the higher management through our system. Successful integration of PACS with Medsynaptics is carried out by the team. With that, 11 Lab machine interfacing is smoothly done, under which 6 are interfaced bi-directionally and 5 uni-directionally increasing the Lab efficiency.
